• Andrew Lilley is a Cape Town based jazz musician, composer and educator. He was born in Cape Town from a musical family of symphony orchestra and gigging musicians. He has played with everyone and anyone in the South African jazz scene and many well known visiting players from outside. He is highly regarded as a player and teacher and is a currently a professor at the University of Cape Town where he has mentored and taught many of the current upcoming players on the South African scene.
